Department of Education Registration

Milpark Business School (Pty) Ltd is registered as a private higher education institution with the Department of Education under the Higher Education Act, 1997. Our registration number is 2007/HE07/003. Milpark Business School is thus a conferring institution and is permitted to confer the certificates, diplomas and degrees for which it is accredited on its graduates.

Milpark Business School (Pty) Ltd is provisionally registered as a private further education and training (FET) college with the Department of Education until 31 December 2015 in terms of section 31(3) of the Further Education and Training Act and Regulation 12(4)(b). Our registration number is 2009/FE07/058. Milpark Business School is permitted to offer the Certificate: Financial Products, NQF level 4.

NEWS FLASH:

As reflected above, the Department of Education has confirmed on 10 August 2010 that the application for conversion of our registration status has been successful. Milpark Business School has moved from 'provisional' registration to registration as a Private Higher Education Institution (PHEI) in terms of the Higher Education Act. 

Accreditation

Milpark Business School (Pty) Ltd's MBA is fully accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE). 

Milpark Business School is:

• a member of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET)
• a member of the South African Association of Private Providers of Education, Training and Development (APPETD)

Milpark Business School will continue to seek out memberships and cooperation agreements to benefit its students and stakeholders.
